Eakas-Corporation in Peru, IL is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead and oversee our molding operations at the Peru facility. This role requires strong leadership to drive production efficiency, quality control, and team management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of molding machines, tooling, and process parameters, with a focus on coaching technicians and sustaining safe, high-quality output. A technical or vocational background is preferred.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Injection Molding Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and process parameters.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor injection molding technicians and operators.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize processes and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance metrics.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement as needed.
