Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily injection molding operations, ensuring schedules, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead production teams, drive safety and continuous improvement, and collaborate across Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Materials to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a related bachelor's degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 50+ employees with team Leaders' support.
Self-motivated and results-driven with cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems, particularly IQMS.
Experience in thermoplastic injection molding manufacturing.
Knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, plastics, automation, and robotics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and supervision of production employees to optimize manpower, materials, methods, and equipment.
Foster teamwork and accountability across shifts and departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Coordinate workforce planning, staffing, training, and development activities.
Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance with PPE usage.
Oversee mold changes, first-piece approvals, and production documentation.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the facility.
Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance; implement corrective actions.
Lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to resolve production issues.
Coach employees on performance, attendance, and quality standards.
Support plant goals related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
