Job summary

You will lead design reviews, collaborate with Sales, tooling shops, and production, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Strong hands-on CAD experience, SolidWorks, and MS Office are essential, along with clear technical communication and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years in plastic injection molding.
• Thorough understanding of injection molds and injection molding processes.
• Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects to meet customer requirements, project schedules, delivery expectations, and budgets.
• Lead projects through design, tooling development, validation, customer approval, and transfer to production.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings, first production run meetings, and production transfer meetings.
• Manage the transition of new, existing, or transferred customer projects by ensuring technical requirements, quality expectations, and production needs are understood and addressed.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and technical updates to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
