Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering with 2–5 years of project engineering experience, or 5–10 years as a tooling engineer, preferably with plastic injection molding.

Responsibilities

• Develops and procures plastic injection tooling for new and existing customer part designs.
• Plans and directs resource schedules and budgets, at times in excess of $500,000.
• Manages several projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery and through the end of a product’s lifecycle.
• Organizes interdepartmental activities, ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Drives process enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Works with customers on part design for manufacturability for plastic injection molding.
