Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a plastic injection molding environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
• Experience coordinating maintenance with production and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of maintenance technicians and assign priorities.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems and robotics.
• Read schematics and diagrams and implement corrective actions.
• Document maintenance activities and support PM programs.
