Chiyoda Usa Corporation in Greencastle, IN, seeks an experienced Maintenance Group Lead to oversee daily maintenance for our injection molding facility. You will lead technicians, ensure safety, and drive uptime and reliability while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership responsibilities, requiring 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance and 2+ years in a leadership position. OSHA compliance and strong problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with plastic injection molding.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and robotic equipment (e.g., Fanuc, Yushin) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and delegate tasks based on priority and technician skill sets.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding machines, automation systems, and facility equipment.
• Monitor and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance tasks, work orders, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
• Provide technical support for projects, equipment upgrades, and new equipment installations.
• Other duties as assigned.
