Accelera Staffing is seeking an Injection Molding Specialist to lead the production floor, ensuring seamless operation of injection molding machines and automation systems. You will drive process optimization by diagnosing defects and refining machine parameters to maximize output quality and efficiency.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting machine, mold, and material interactions.
• Strong technical aptitude with various machine controllers and automation systems.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Excellent adaptability to shifting production priorities and operational needs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operation and startup of injection molding machinery ranging from 180T to 1100T.
• Program and maintain Fanuc robotic cells to ensure precise part handling and assembly.
• Configure and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment, including material blenders, temperature control units, and hot stamp systems.
• Perform advanced root cause analysis on molding defects to minimize downtime and improve cycle consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully launch new molds and equipment installations.
• Utilize IQMS software to manage production schedules, track downtime, and document reject codes.
• Conduct rigorous quality audits and monitor process parameter logs to identify performance trends.
• Mentor and train production staff on technical processing standards and troubleshooting methodologies.
