Job summary

Black Box in Chandler, Arizona is seeking an experienced professional to provide leadership in the installation and service of structured cabling systems. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to lead teams in physical installations, troubleshooting, and project documentation. A minimum of 5 years in a relevant position is necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in a Site Support Technician and/or Infrastructure Technician role.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation of structured cabling and communications infrastructure.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cabling infrastructure systems.
• Prepare BOMs for materials and labor.
• Complete project documentation according to company standards.

Basic Computer Skills

Ability to install, terminate & test low voltage cables

Installation of cable pathways and support systems

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to carry up to 30 lbs.

Ability to climb ladders and work from heights

Education

Associate degree or Certification in a technology services/technical discipline
