Job summary

Prince Contracting, LLC is leading civil infrastructure work on the US 301 Widening Project in Dade City, FL. This role oversees planning and execution of mega projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring compliance with FDOT standards and design requirements.

You will manage cost estimates, schedules, RFIs, and subcontractor changes while maintaining safety and quality across multi-hundred-million-dollar installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and FDOT standards.
• 3+ years in civil infrastructure project engineering or CM on projects >$50M.
• Experience negotiating subcontractor contracts and change orders.
• Experience in cost estimation and financial analysis for large projects.
• Experience using project management software (Procore, Primavera).
• Experience coordinating responses to RFIs on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to manage progress and issues on projects valued over $100M.
• Coordinate technical information between internal teams and the project owner.
• Evaluate data and review specs to ensure conformance to standards.
• Provide technical advice and manage RFIs and corrective actions.
• Identify conflicts/delays and propose efficiency improvements.
• Develop work plans and secure approvals from Engineer of Record and owner.
• Schedule and monitor construction activities on multi-hundred-million projects.
• Estimate quantities and maintain BOMs and budgets for large projects.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and change orders to meet specs.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and assurance.
• Coordinate surveying operations and safety programs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or a closely related field
