Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in the CTO organization to drive high-impact infrastructure initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments. You will apply deep software and infrastructure knowledge to deliver scalable, secure and auditable solutions, while leading cross-functional teams and leveraging AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

5+ years in infrastructure engineering
Cloud and on-premises infrastructure expertise
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations and ensure resiliency and security

Responsibilities

Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and delivers design solutions.
Execute end-to-end infrastructure changes for BI platforms across Windows/Linux and AWS/SaaS.
Use AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation with proper validation.
Lead a workstream across core infra domains (cloud networking, compute/storage, DNS, TLS).
Collaborate with security, IAM, network, SRE and vendors for scalable solutions.
Automate delivery using IaC and repeatable deploy practices.
Troubleshoot cross-domain issues and drive root-cause resolution.
Ensure safe change plans with testing and phased rollouts.
Build security controls and maintain runbooks and docs.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for remediation and traceability
