Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computing or cybersecurity.
• 7 years in technology system support or related field.
• 5 years designing or supporting complex information security and identity systems.
• 4 years designing and supporting authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP, TLS/SSL, Single Sign-On, federation, token management, session management, and MFA.
• 4 years supporting authentication/identity platforms with high availability.
• 4 years producing clear, accurate, and maintainable technical documentation.
• 5 years troubleshooting complex issues across application, identity platform, operating system, network, directory, and integration layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced cybersecurity platforms with expert scripting and code.
• Serve as a technical expert for projects; define and document standards, processes and procedures.
• Educate teams on architectural standards to drive efficient design and implementation.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for complex authentication and infrastructure issues.
• Lead the technical evaluation of new security technologies addressing current and future needs.
• Design and manage enterprise authentication and identity platforms for security, scalability, and availability.
• Design secure authentication and authorization solutions with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP, TLS/SSL, SSO, MFA.
• Mentor engineers and improve Lowe’s Information Security capabilities.
