Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in information science, systems, computer science, library science, law, or related field.
• First-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted.
• Minimum seven years in information management with at least five years in eDiscovery; legal industry experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of complex eDiscovery projects.
• Analyze technical data structures to guide staff on information extraction while maintaining forensic integrity.
• Liaise with third parties on technical issues related to evidence handling and data transfer.
• Provide expert consulting on evidence review, analysis, and retrieval for judicial and prosecutorial entities.
• Manage, develop, and mentor information and evidence officers, monitoring workloads and promoting innovation.
• Oversee evidence handling standards and custodial obligations.
• Lead system design, evaluation, and application support for evidentiary protocols.
• Develop technical documents, SOPs, and lead training programs on eDiscovery tools.
