Job summary

Lilly, a global leader in medicines, is seeking a QC Laboratory Informatics Specialist to support laboratory IT systems, ensure data integrity, and serve as the subject‑matter expert for QC laboratory data management.

You will partner with Global Quality Laboratory Network and IT teams to validate equipment, deploy and upgrade systems like LabVantage LIMS and Empower, and assist with audits and continuous improvement while mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, life science, or applied science.
• IT systems experience in installation and qualification of laboratory IT systems.
• Minimum 3 years GMP laboratory experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visas not sponsored.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with LabVantage LIMS and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Validate laboratory equipment and software systems.
• Maintain validated state of software-based systems.
• Lead site deployments and upgrades of QC laboratory IT systems.
• Ensure data integrity by design within the QC lab.
• Support audits and continuous improvement of quality systems.
• Educate peers on the use of laboratory IT systems.
