ManpowerGroup is seeking a Lead Informatica Cloud Architect to drive the design and delivery of cloud-based data integration platforms in Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ. You will lead architecture decisions across Informatica, cloud services, and AI-enabled data capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Informatica on-prem and IICS, Azure, and CI/CD practices.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica on-prem and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Experience designing and implementing solutions on public cloud platforms, with Azure preferred, including integration with Azure Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-enabled data pipelines that support analytics, model training, and intelligent applications.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across multiple Orgs and SubOrgs.
• Knowledge of data replication and availability across cloud object storage (S3-compatible), local file systems, and NAS; familiarity with Operational Insights, cloud monitoring, and AI-driven observability is preferred.

What’s the Job?

Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of cloud-based, AI‑enabled data integration and analytics platforms aligned to enterprise technology and business goals. Drive architectural decisions across Informatica (on‑prem and cloud), public cloud services, and AI‑driven data capabilities to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance data solutions. Partner with Product, Application, Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Science teams to implement data and AI requirements, optimize platform performance, and resolve complex system engineering challenges. Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentorship across data, cloud, and AI initiatives, including standards for solution design and delivery practices. Support operational excellence by applying Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management practices in cloud environments.

What’s Needed?

• Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica on‑prem and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including deep understanding of Informatica Cloud architecture, secure agents, and hybrid/cloud deployment models.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions on public cloud platforms, with Azure preferred, including integration with Azure Active Directory.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML‑enabled data pipelines that support analytics, model training, and intelligent applications.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across multiple Orgs and SubOrgs.
• Knowledge of data replication and availability across cloud object storage (S3‑compatible), local file systems, and NAS; familiarity with Operational Insights, cloud monitoring, and AI‑driven observability is preferred.
