Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology architecture and solution design.
• 3+ years hands-on software engineering.
• 2+ years delivering AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with hybrid deployments (on-prem and cloud).
• Ability to align AI initiatives with regulatory and risk requirements.

As an AI/ML Architect, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting enterprise AI initiatives. What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience deploying solutions using Sierra AI and/or Decagon.
• Strong background in platform architecture, solution design, and hybrid deployments (on-prem and cloud).
• Experience with AI orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks.
