Syneos Health is seeking a Study Manager - Infectious Disease to lead cross-functional clinical studies, ensuring GCP compliance, on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate study teams, manage relationships with customers, vendors and sites, and present progress to management.

The role requires a life sciences degree, CRO experience preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and travel about 25%.

• CRO experience and therapeutic knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsabilités

• Project leadership and delivery of interdisciplinary clinical research studies with adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between company and customer to ensure timely study launch, conduct and closeout.
• Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Accountable for the financial performance of each project and coordination of study partners.
