Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in life sciences, CRO experience, and strong communication skills; travel about 25% to sponsor and site visits is expected. You will partner with clients and internal teams to drive study progress and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent required.
• CRO experience and regulatory knowledge (GCP/ICH) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensure GCP compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between client and company for study launches and closeouts.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality across studies.
• Coordinate TMF and study information across databases.
• Prepare management reports and present at meetings.
