Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage interdisciplinary clinical studies and ensure GCP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between the company and the customer for study launch, conduct, and closeout.
• Lead project teams to meet quality, timelines, and budget.
• Ensure TMF quality and completeness and maintain study information in databases.
• Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• Present at internal and external meetings and prepare management reports.
