Job summary

The Gardner School in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a Lead Infant, Toddler, and Two’s Teacher. You will lead a nurturing, creative classroom, mentor teaching staff, and build strong relationships with families while delivering developmentally appropriate lessons.

Qualifications

• CDA or AA degree with 6 ECE credits (required)
• Bachelor’s in ECE or related with 6 ECE credits (preferred)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead/co-lead preferred)
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; reliable attendance
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing) and strong communication
