Job summary

The Gardner School is opening a brand-new state-of-the-art preschool in Bannockburn, IL, and is hiring a Lead Teacher to join the founding team. You will plan engaging lessons, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families in a warm and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Meet state licensing requirements (education/experience)
• CDA or Associates with 6 college credits in ECE required
• Bachelor’s in Elementary or ECE with 6 credits in ECE preferred
• Minimum 2 years of ECE experience
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness)
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Proficient in basic office computer tasks

(Required)* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
