Job summary

The Gardner School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for our Warrenville/Naperville area. You’ll assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities for infants to preschoolers and help maintain a loving, safe classroom environment.

We value growth, teamwork, and a passion for early childhood education. The role requires a High School Diploma, CPR/First Aid, and at least 1 year of experience caring for young children; bilingual not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and maintain regular attendance.
