Job summary

The Gardner School of Naperville is seeking a Lead Infant & Toddler Teacher to work in Warrenville, IL. You will guide a compassionate classroom with creativity, care, and high standards, while mentoring assistants, building strong family relationships, and planning engaging, age-appropriate lessons.

Qualifications include a CDA or Associate’s in ECE with 6 credits; Bachelor’s in ECE preferred; CPR/First Aid; and 2+ years of lead or co-lead experience. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education with at least 6 ECE credits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with ECE credits preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
