Job summary

Tutor Time Learning Centers in Irvine, CA is seeking an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our day care team. You will guide early childhood learning, implement our curriculum, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of leadership in a licensed center, a minimum of 12 ECE units, and the ability to meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Must meet state requirements for background checks, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
