Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in California is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to nurture young learners in a licensed center.

You will lead daily activities, implement our curriculum, observe and assess development, and communicate with families to support each child's growth. This role requires at least 6 months of leadership in an early childhood classroom, 12 ECE units, and the ability to meet background and immunization requirements.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create interactive learning experiences.
