Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners in a licensed center.

You’ll care for young learners, implement our curriculum, and create fun, interactive activities every day. Requirements include at least 6 months of lead classroom experience, a minimum of 12 ECE units, and the ability to meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of lead experience in an early childhood classroom.
• Minimum of 12 ECE units.
• Ability to meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement proprietary curriculum with fun, interactive learning experiences.
