Qualifications

• Passion for infant and toddler development and early childhood education.
• Experience leading an infant/toddler classroom is a plus.
• CDA or ECE coursework or related degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership in a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom.
• Develop age-appropriate activities promoting development.
• Foster a nurturing atmosphere where infants and toddlers feel safe.
• Lead and support classroom staff with teamwork.
