Job summary

Celebree School™ in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to nurture early development and provide a loving, safe classroom environment. You will implement the franchise's infant curriculum, tailor activities to developmental stages, and support families while collaborating with a team.

You will manage an infant classroom in compliance with state regulations, document progress, and help train classroom Aides as they grow in early childhood education, with a focus on care and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements per state agency
• Knowledge of developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day’s activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
