Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in Eastvale, CA. You will care for children and families daily, applying our curriculum and creating engaging learning experiences while partnering with parents.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, health benefits, tuition assistance, and a Master Teacher program to support growth and development. Minimum qualifications include 6 months leading a licensed classroom and 12 ECE units.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
