Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children, promoting social, physical, and cognitive growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
