Job summary

Celebree School of Thorndale is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, safe classroom. You will deliver age-appropriate activities, support families, and help little ones explore with confidence while aligning with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, maintaining classroom standards, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Experience in childcare and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills; patient and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
