Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a Preschool Teacher to foster a safe, engaging classroom that aligns with our curriculum and weekly themes. You will create and implement age-appropriate lessons, support children and families, and model positive interactions to promote development.

The position requires degrees in early childhood education or related fields and experience meeting PA state regulations; it is a full-time role with benefits in our Celebree School network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (as listed).
• Bachelor’s with 30 ECE credits and 1 year of experience.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Associate’s degree with 30 ECE credits and 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages classroom ensuring compliance with PA state regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Maintains attractive and current classroom displays and a Parent Board updated regularly.
• Creates and implements lesson plans aligned with weekly themes and Celebree curriculum; manages transitions.
• Assists and supervises children during activities; uses positive discipline techniques.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety of the classroom; completes daily paperwork and supports the team.
