Job summary

Celebree School is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching environment. You will weave Celebree's vision, mission, and values into daily interactions with babies and toddlers, guiding aides and supporting family engagement.

You will implement developmentally appropriate activities, document progress, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality classroom experiences consistent with the Celebree curriculum.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, inviting space that supports curiosity.
• Complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
