Land of Learning in Sycamore, IL is seeking Lead Teachers to support Infants.

We require a CDA or at least 6 ECE college credits, and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience.

Shift: 4/10s, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 7am-5:30pm. Compensation: $18-$19/hour, based on education and experience. We offer competitive pay, paid trainings, comprehensive benefits, 401k with match, discounts for childcare, and an open-door work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a CDA or at least 6 ECE college credits.
• Ability to pass all background checks.
• Previous childcare experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans.
• Implement lesson plans and curriculum across all areas of child development.
• Establish rapport with families to provide quality care for children.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and a well-decorated classroom.
• Maintain assessments and portfolios for each child and conduct parent/teacher conferences.
