Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with preschool-aged children, preferably with toddlers or infants.
• Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and inclusive practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Mentor and supervise assistant teachers and support staff.
