Job summary

Learning Care Group in Redmond, WA is seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning and mentor fellow Teachers in a supportive child care environment.

You will lead curriculum implementation, maintain licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
