Job summary

  • Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of behavior management and child welfare.
  • Mentor and supervise assistant teachers and support staff to ensure quality care and educational consistency.
Qualifications
  • Passion for the education and care of children.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with preschool‑aged children, preferably with toddlers or infants.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required).
  • Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and inclusive practices.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Background check clearance required.
