Job summary

Learning Care Group in New Jersey is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in a licensed center.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with active engagement with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
