Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring dedicated Assistant Teachers to care for children in our NJ centers. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging classroom, observe and plan for each child, and communicate with families daily.

Qualifications

• The candidate must meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
