Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in New Jersey. You will create fun, interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare centre requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
