Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Meet state preschool lead teacher requirements
  • Experience as an Infant teacher
  • Flexible and willing to work within business hours
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood or related field
  • Previous experience as a preschool lead teacher
  • Classroom management skills preferred

  • Work as part of the team to foster a positive learning environment, aligning with Cadence Education's philosophy
  • Document and communicate children's milestones to parents
  • Collaborate to implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula
  • Observe and respect children's interests, ensuring safety, and enhancing play with language and activities
  • Model and encourage appropriate social behaviors
  • Plan daily activities balancing quiet/active, indoor/outdoor, fine/gross motor skills
