• Ability to meet applicable childcare employment and training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive, responsive care for infants throughout the day.
• Plan and support age-appropriate activities that encourage infants’ development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
• Follow each child’s care routine, including feeding, diapering, and rest.
• Observe and document children’s activities, routines, and developmental progress.
• Communicate respectfully with families about their child’s day and needs.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures.
• Help maintain required classroom staffing and supervision practices.
• Work independently when assigned to lead the classroom, while seeking support when needed.
