Child Development Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a caring, engaging classroom for infants. You will guide discovery, learning, and growth, while serving as a trusted partner to families in a collaborative teaching team.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining safe spaces, documenting development, and communicating progress. Requirements include 18+, an associate or higher in ECE, and training within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.
• Genuine care for children and safety.
• Strong communication and family relationship skills.
• Physical ability to work with young children.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for the Infant classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
