The Learning Experience in Franklin, TN is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a classroom for infants through Pre-K, implementing curriculum and maintaining a safe, engaging environment. You will communicate with families and mentor Assistant Teachers to support daily learning.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and classroom leadership experience; coursework in ECE is preferred. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday on-site, with opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education experience required.
• Classroom leadership experience preferred.
• ECE, Child Development, or Education coursework preferred.
