Joyoflearningcenter in Tennessee is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to join our play-based program. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, guide children from infancy to school age, and collaborate with parents using our Classroom Management system.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and prior preschool or childcare experience. We offer in-house training, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare children for kindergarten by easing into organized education from infancy to school age.
• Assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
• Maintain interactive and open communication with parents using our Classroom Management system.
