Job summary

Phenix Technologies is seeking a Senior Industrial Wiring Technician to lead a production team in assembling and wiring electrical test equipment. You will use schematics to plan layouts, select wiring and cable types, and mount components in cabinets.

The role requires extensive wiring experience, precise soldering, and the ability to train others while maintaining safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Industrial Wiring.
• High School Diploma or GED; Electronics or Electrical Technology training is a plus.
• Technical School in Electrical Technology is a plus; additional experience may be considered.
• Proficient with Electrical Schematics; strong soldering and wiring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group or team on Phenix line, standard and non-standard.
• Assemble and wire electrical test equipment per schematic.
• Solder PC boards and mount components in cabinets and chassis.
• Ensure quality and accuracy, follow safety protocols.
• Mentor on-the-job training and support department rotations.
