• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and provide guidance to technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and validate commissioning information for new equipment.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for building operations.
