The role involves equipment change-overs, repairs, and collaboration with a team in a high-speed environment.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, 0–5 years maintenance experience, and preferred HVAC certification. Proficiency reading schematics and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/Refrigeration trade certification preferred.
• 0–5 years industrial maintenance experience required.
• 1+ years mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in high-speed industrial environments preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics.
• PLC knowledge preferred.
• May be required to supply hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
• Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
