Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Lead Industrial Maintenance Specialist for a high-speed manufacturing environment in Jeffersonville, IN. You will act as a technical authority, drive continuous improvement, and mentor technicians to maximize equipment reliability.

Responsibilities include leading root cause analysis, troubleshooting electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, overseeing machine overhauls during outages, and developing SOPs to standardize maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and shop machinery (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Strong background in managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis.
• Must possess a personal set of basic tools and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Mentor and train technical teams on maintenance procedures for high-speed lines.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Manage machine overhauls during outages to restore equipment performance.
• Develop and document SOPs to standardize troubleshooting workflows.
• Maintain high safety standards across manufacturing and facility operations.
