Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience within industrial construction.
• Strong leadership abilities and track record managing estimatings teams or large preconstruction efforts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the estimating team for industrial construction projects from conceptual budgeting through final proposal submission.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, bid packages, labor forecasts, and pricing strategies for negotiated and competitive bid work.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with project management, operations, engineering, VDC/BIM, purchasing, and executive leadership throughout the preconstruction process.
