Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Lead to oversee design, implementation, and support of industrial control systems for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small team of controls technicians and engineers, managing PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial controls engineering in manufacturing.
• Proficient PLC programming and HMI/SCADA configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of controls technicians and engineers.
• Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot control systems to ensure uptime and quality.
